Each day includes:

About Us

Brandon and Caitlyn have been together for over a decade and are parents to four beautiful children. In the early years of their marriage, they were caught in patterns of lying, hiding, and emotional disconnection that eroded trust. Five years into their relationship things reached a breaking point, with separation on the table. What followed was the development of a structured framework for rebuilding intimacy, safety, and connection.

Today, they lead workshops and retreats, host an ongoing couples membership, and share their work through their podcast. They believe marriage is meant to be a place where both partners are fully seen and fully known, and that true intimacy requires nothing left unspoken.
